Scott has been hunting since childhood. Over the last 15 years he has made waterfowl hunting a way of life that his whole family enjoys. Scott is the operation manager of The Duck Camp and prioritizes the assurance that local farmers benefit from waterfowl hunting on TDC leased property.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Kenny grew up on a wildlife refuge and started hunting ducks at just eight years old. The outdoors shaped who he is, and waterfowl hunting became his passion. After moving to Washington five years ago, he was blown away by the incredible duck population and the unique hunting opportunities the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Now, he brings decades of experience to help hunters of all levels have the best possible experience in the field. Whether you're new to the sport or a seasoned hunter, his goal is to make every hunt memorable, successful, and true to the tradition of waterfowling.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jessie has always had a deep appreciation for the beauty and bounty of the outdoors. Since joining The Duck Camp, he has contributed to numerous improvements around the lodge, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for all. In the evenings, Jessie enjoys entertaining guests with his guitar and soulful singing, adding a personal touch to the camp's warm, friendly atmosphere.

Dr. Brian Willyard brings his passion for the outdoors to The Duck Camp team. When he's not guiding hunts, he owns and operates a successful chiropractic practice and a gym in Port Orchard, combining his dedication to health and wellness with his love for waterfowl hunting.
